Why me? Who am I to guide you?

Well...I've been there

I have been through a great deal of change in my life, always finding a way to re-invent myself when I wanted to and needed to. Along those paths I realized that I have all the resources within me to initiate, create and maintain the changes I need and want. I also discovered along the way that I had an inate ability to understand what makes people human, what makes us tick and what we need to create change. It's always been there, we just need to imagine...

Because of this, I decided to study the art of being human. I trained with the Society of Neurolinguistic Programming, the founders of the amazing coaching technology called NLP. I also spent a further two years training in advanced hypnotherapy with The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London, England through Transformations Institute in Dubai. These accredited programs together with years of experience gives me the tools and background I need to work with you so we can do some pretty amazing things together! 

I am also a Usui Reiki Master and have been practicing Reiki for over 15 years. I have discovered over time that clearing out negative energy blocks is an excellent way to open our path to invite positive growth. We absorb all kinds of energy from many different sources; other people, our environment and also our thoughts. Have you ever been somewhere and felt that there was a certain energy in that space? This is something people can take notice of and use for their benefit. I often combine Reiki with Guided Mediation sessions. Many people will also begin their Life Coaching session with Reiki to clear out any blocks to change. This may not be your choice, but people really find this is a wonderful way to relax, let go and allow their own energy to shine through so we can tap into what exactly makes you, you.

Now, more than a decade after learning, coaching and working, I am on your doorstep here in Sault Ste Marie starting my practice all over again from scratch! I'm ready to offer you something new; to guide you, challenge you and support you in totally amazing ways.
